Standard Item Processing Times:

All standard items are processed within 4 days and sent to the warehouse for dispatch. To expedite your order through the process, we offer priority processing, ensuring your product ships within 48 hours or 2 business days.

 

Custom Item Processing Times:

Custom order processing times vary depending on the level of detail required for the product. Please check each product page for the corresponding processing and production times.

 

Shipping Times:

We offer standard shipping to many countries. Standard shipping times are as follows:

Europe: 7-15 days

North America: 8-13 days

Oceania: 12-16 days

*Estimated delivery times are “guesstimates” based on recent deliveries and should not be viewed as a guaranteed delivery time. We do our best to ensure the shipping process goes as smoothly as possible, but in the event of a delay in delivery, we will not issue refunds.*

We currently do not offer an expedited shipping option due to the costs involved.
